Absolutely! Once you are unconditional you will receive regular updates, showing the current stage and details on what is scheduled next. We will provide photos and key dates. Once the property is completed, you will be invited to conduct a pre-settlement inspection.
No. You have at least 10 days to talk with your bank, lawyer, friends & family to make sure its exactly what you want. This means that for those 10 days, the property is essentially off the market to other buyers. If you decide not to go ahead with the purchase after the 10 days, you can walk away with no ties.
Our properties are all backed by a 12-month defecting and liability period, on top of the 10-year warranty under the building act.
