DaSilva are committed to delivering quality new homes every year across the Waikato and Auckland Regions. Some years are busier than others but we aim to deliver at least 75 brand new homes to the market every year.
We have almost 25 years’ experience in residential construction, and almost 15 years’ experience in property development which provides a wealth of technical knowledge to carry out our projects and also gives a lot of confidence to anyone who deals with us.
We have a proven history of delivering quality residential developments over many years, delivering 885 homes across 75 development projects. This takes a lot of focus and dedication to maintain high standards and quality homes, but we continue to do so.
