In addition to our own capital and bank funding, we offer eligible investors opportunities to invest with our Capital Fund that provides a 10% return to investors and your investment is secured by mortgage. Partner with us
If you own land and want a piece of the action, then we can potentially partner up with property owners to realize the full potential of your land. We can bring an enormous amount of value to the table and run a development from start to a successful completion, with little to no input other than the land itself. Partnering projects must be a minimum of 2000m2 or more.
